How do I care for the resinous coatings on my floor?
Sweep floor to remove loose dirt and debris, apply an alkaline liquid cleaner, and allow 10-15 minutes to emulsify. Scrub floor using a deck brush, foamer/sprayer, or automatic floor scrubber and then squeegee floor to remove cleaning product. Rinse floor with clean water and squeegee or wet vac any standing water.
How do I care for polished concrete floors?
Saturate the concrete surface with a PH-Neutral cleaner, followed by scrubbing or light agitation. After a few minutes, vacuum or mop up the residue, followed by rinsing with clean water. If dirt remains, try repeating the process or using a stronger solution.

Resinous: Standard colors as well as custom available. Solid colors and blends are also available. Treadwell can create designs in the floors as well.
Polish: Can stain the concrete or leave it natural grey.
What textures are available?
Resinous: Can be aggressive and gritty to glass smooth or anywhere in between based on the needs of your application.
Polish: Can be smooth or slight texture can be added in the sealer for additional slip resistance.
How soon can you install?
Typically, 4-6 weeks are required to properly plan an industrial flooring project and get samples approved, material ordered, and a crew assigned to a job. Sometimes we can fast track an install in as little as a week.
